In Hab 1:3 he began with this

Why do you make me look at injustice? Why do you tolerate wrongdoing? Destruction and violence are before me; there is strife, and conflict abounds.

He went on with his questions that were very similar to yours for the entire chapter. In the second chapter, Habakkuk rested his case with this:
I will stand at my watch, and station myself on the ramparts; I will look to see what he will say to me, and what answer I am to give to this complaint.

God answered. The remainder of ch 2 is God's answer. Chapter 3 is Habakkuk's change of heart because of hearing God's answer. I can't offer any better answer than the one we find in that part of the bible, anonymous. If you decide to read it, it may indeed comfort you as it did that long ago prophet, who also railed at poverty, wrongdoing, oppression, and injustice.Elizabeth Pratahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04341086233512507156noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2736720231951988221.post-36948155452700917652014-06-29T01:32:53.590-04:002014-06-29T01:32:53.590-04:00Okay Wise Guy! If it makes God so angry why does he seem to support it so much and allow *coincidences* to delay justice and you have to go thru hell in the legal system to even get your voice heard (if your poor.

It seems people either never have justice done or when it is done it's too late to really matter as the suspect is usually old to the point his life is pretty much over.

Poor whites are especially prone to abuse from the legal justice system by both the rich elite and ethnic groups that are *group thinked* into assuming ALL whites are Nazis!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2736720231951988221.post-19750726463891807812013-09-26T05:42:54.029-04:002013-09-26T05:42:54.029-04:00Yes, there is. When we are angry at what makes God...Yes, there is. When we are angry at what makes God angry, it is righteous indignation. The Apostles showed righteous indignation many times. Paul cursed several false teachers. (Gal 1:8-9). John the Baptist was angered by Herod's incestuous sin, also, called the Pharisees& Sadducees a brood of vipers.(Mt 3:7). Jesus Himself was angered by the merchandising of His temple. Mt 21:12-13).

We have to be careful because we're sinners, not to allow the anger to fester, or allow satan to misdirect it. Then it would no longer be righteous.

Aren't you ever angry at what people do in the name of Jesus? That would be righteous anger. And if you're not, why not??Elizabeth Pratahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04341086233512507156noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2736720231951988221.post-42390152877621429842013-09-26T05:18:39.752-04:002013-09-26T05:18:39.752-04:00Is there ever a place for righteous indignation? Is there ever a place for righteous indignation?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2736720231951988221.post-60758428387291430422013-05-29T15:44:17.344-04:002013-05-29T15:44:17.344-04:00Ephesians 4:29-32

I hope you are reading this brother, standing in the truth and exposing false teaching is not gossip. You have fallen in with those who would sleep with evil. Repent and wake up. Take a look at the history of the organizations that these "ministries", the proximity of Freemason involvement is always near. The truth and something else is no longer the truth. How smart is that? Others speak out against heretical preachers and have lies told about them. Still others have been shown the door of "Christian blogs" for asking tough questions and refusing to allow false teaching to go unchallenged. Some brothers and sisters do get angry, righteously, and have a great reward awaiting them Darrelhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13394480152156186566noreply@blogger.com
