No one would exist if God didn't allow evil.

If ever a person had room to complain of injustice it was Jesus. It was the sinless Son of God-Jesus. "He was the ONLY innocent man ever to be punished by God. If we stagger at the wrath of God, let us stagger at the cross. Here is where our astonishment should focus."-RC Sproul.

We who are evil at heart -to the core, deserve whatever God allows or permits in our lives. The wonderful thing about being a Christian is that God works all things together for the good of those that love him. The most encouraging truth is knowing that GOD ALONE is good! It shows man that there is no hope, no guarantee nor certainty in this world. Let GO and turn to Christ who alone is our sure hope and Solid Rock.
If bad things never happened to me, I don't believe I would have ever turned to Christ and given up all hope in this hopeless world. It lifted the blindness that was hiding my eyes from the reality that's only found in Jesus.
Lindahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09418337100329537312noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2736720231951988221.post-36218445764163326312012-12-19T11:27:30.053-05:002012-12-19T11:27:30.053-05:00Awesome! This is the most sound exposé I have seen...Awesome! This is the most sound exposé I have seen in response to the shootings. I can personally relate to point 5-9. Having lost a loved one tragically and unexpectantly over a year ago my sensitivity to the suffering of others has grown. But, more importantly, my need for Him has exploded. He truly is our rock of refuge and our tower of strength and never is that more apparent than in the face of tradegy. Thanks for the link Elizabeth, I will be sharing with others.

Blessings!Ambernoreply@blogger.com
