Kenyan Minister of Parliament cites Obama's native Kenyan birth

In the Annual National Assembly Official Report for the Nation of Kenya it is transcribed that Minister for Lands, Mr. James Orengo said at the Parliament Assembly:

"If America was living in a situation where they feared ethnicity and did not see itself as a multiparty state or nation, how could a young man born here in Kenya, who is not even a native American, become the President of
America?"

Orengo was a former candidate for President of Kenya.

It's just more stuff that makes me go hmmm...
