Iran is the the nation that has consistently lied about their nuclear ambitions, stalling and prevaricating at the diplomatic table while secretly continuing their nuke weapon program. This is the nation that has consistently said they plan to wipe Israel off the map.

Ezekiel 38-39 describes a war in which a league of nations come against Israel. This alliance includes Iran. We have seen Iran's belligerence in these last months (years) regarding Israel and Iran's continuous denials of her "right to exist."

Though the fulfillment of the Gog-Magog war has not occurred, the Middle East is a powder keg giving off sparks. And if Iran has anything to say about it, that spark will be a nuke.
