Minamisanriku before and after

As if you didn't have enough horrible images today...here are two more. Stills from a Japanese news video showing before and after of a section of the worst-hit prefecture in Japan, Minamisanriku. The upper circle is the large City Office. The lower circle is the larger hospital. It is 5 floors. The tsunami wave came up to floor four. The city was wiped off the map. The city office is gone.
