Anti-Semitism is on the rise

The world is turning against the Jews. Here are are but a few stories which illustrate this unfortunate fact:

Facebook’s Holocaust Problem
The social-networking giant bans hate speech—but allows the proliferation of Holocaust-denial pages, saying it recognizes 'people’s right to be factually wrong about historical events.'
For years, international organizations opposing anti-Semitism have been urging the planet’s preeminent social-networking platform to delete any content that asserts the Nazi-orchestrated extermination of 6 million Jews never took place. And for years, officials of Facebook, boasting more than 750 million active users, have refused, insisting that mere denial of the Holocaust, however “repugnant and ignorant,” doesn’t constitute “hate speech” as defined by Facebook’s Terms of Service policy prohibiting “content that: is hateful, threatening, or pornographic; incites violence; or contains nudity or graphic or gratuitous violence.”

Seven killed in series of terrorist attacks in southern Israel
"Seven people were killed and at least 26 people were wounded Thursday in a series of terrorist attacks on Israeli targets approximately 20 kilometers north of the southern city of Eilat, close to the border with Egypt."

Gaza Under Attack Again
"Gaza is tonight under attack by Israeli Defence Forces (IDF) following a series of attacks today on Israeli military targets 20 km north of the southern city of Eilat, close to the border with Egypt. Hamas has denied responsibility for this afternoon’s attacks, which killed seven and injured at least 14, saying their strategy is to resist "the occupation of Palestinian lands from within, rather than from outside." Despite the attacks coming from within Israeli territory and from the Egyptian border, Israeli Defence Minister Ehud Barak and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu immediately stated they hold Hamas responsible, and would retaliate with “full force.” So far this evening, at least six Palestinians have been killed in the southern Gaza town of Rafah by IDF attacks on a house reportedly belonging to Popular Resistance Committees official Khaled Shaath, whose daughter was injured. IDF has been dropping leaflets over Rafah threatening Palestinians, as it did prior to launching Operation Cast Lead in December 2008."

Things are NOT going to get better for Israel. They are getting a lot worse.

Deuteronomy 4:30 reminds the Jews that in the latter days they will experience distress, but there is hope of redemption after that:
"But from there you will seek the LORD your God, and you will find Him if you seek Him with all your heart and with all your soul. 30 When you are in distress, and all these things come upon you in the latter days, when you turn to the LORD your God and obey His voice 31 (for the LORD your God is a merciful God), He will not forsake you nor destroy you, nor forget the covenant of your fathers which He swore to them."

Jeremiah 30:7 reminds them that they will endure a time of trouble:
"Alas! For that day is great, So that none is like it; And it is the time of Jacob’s trouble, But he shall be saved out of it."

Zechariah 12:2-3 reminds them that Jerusalem will be the center of controversy and distress from the entire world:
"Behold, I will make Jerusalem a cup of drunkenness to all the surrounding peoples, when they lay siege against Judah and Jerusalem. And it shall happen in that day that I will make Jerusalem a very heavy stone for all peoples; all who would heave it away will surely be cut in pieces, though all nations of the earth are gathered against it."

In Matthew 24:21-22, Jesus tells the disciples that the Jews will endure such Tribulation that it will not be as bad as anything that has ever happened since the beginning of the world. It sill be such a bad tie that unless Jesus cut short the days, nobody would survive. No one.

Revelation 6-19 are chapters that describe in horrific detail all the things that are promised to happen to the Jews under God's purification program.

It is obvious that Anti-Semitism is rapidly on the rise. We know from the above verses that the hatred of the Jews by the world will only continue to increase. Please pray for the beloved People. The reason for His attention in this manner is to give them hope. Yes, hope.

The Lord is purifying His people. They (and we, the pagans and Gentiles) are stiff-necked sinners, worshiping idols and refusing the fact that Messiah has come. But He is going to work them, the clay, as He is the potter, until they are purified from unrighteousness and able to come into the promises that He has set before them since the foundation of the world. Like this promise from Isaiah:

Isaiah 55:12-- "You will go out in joy and be led forth in peace; the mountains and hills will burst into song before you, and all the trees of the field will clap their hands."

Psalm 105:43 He brought out his people with rejoicing, his chosen ones with shouts of joy

There will be shouts of joy. But between now and then there will be shouts of misery. However, any Jew, Pagan, or Gentile, any person at all, can avoid all that. If you repent and ask Jesus to forgive your sins against Him, He will. His work with you as clay will be of a different type, gentle, loving, not wrathful. Please consider it, and soon.

  1. Did you see the fox news report about a UFO in China? The UFO shut down the airport and planes were diverted. The demons are ready to be seen I guess. You should read the article!

  2. Hi ANonymous,

Yes, I did see that article. I wrote aobut it here:
    http://the-end-time.blogspot.com/2010/07/airport-closed-after-ufo-sighting-and.html

    and here:

Pretty interesting that there was radar confirmation AND that it shut down the airport

  3. It's interesting that the Jews are God's chosen people- the Jewish faith was the vehicle for for the Son Of God to become man in the flesh, and the Jews have been forever persecuted. What group of people would Satan HATE the most, if not the Jews. What group would he try to turn the whole world against?

It's also interesting that the increase in anti-semetism is coinciding with world wide economic collapse, increased wars, militant and radical muslims problems everywhere, and hints of a one world government happening in Europe.

If you were just a casual observer in end time prophecy this would have to, a the very least, be interesting.

  5. I think that Anonymous, August 18, 2011 7:47 PM above was talking about this NEW report on FoxNews http://www.foxnews.com/scitech/2011/08/18/ufo-spotted-over-chinese-airport/?test=faces , which is also found at http://www.dnaindia.com/world/report_ufo-spotted-at-china-airport_1577227
    and also here: http://www.examiner.com/unexplained-phenomena-in-national/shocking-ufo-sighting-temporarily-diverts-airplanes-from-major-airport-china
"An unidentified flying object in China has caused airplanes to temporarily be diverted away from a major airport. Shanghai Daily, a subscription only Internet news resource, reported that the UFO was spotted by multiple witnesses above a runway at Jiangbei International Airport in Chongqing, China on Wednesday, August 18, 2011.

Fortunately, the UFO disappeared after nearly an hour and air traffic at the busy airport was resumed without incident. According to Fox News, ". . . skeptical airport workers believe the object may have been a sky lantern or a large balloon."

This isn't the first time tha that unidentified flying object reports have interfered with China's airports. In 2010, a UFO was seen on radar at Xiaoshan airport in Hangzhou, China.

Last year's UFO sighting in Hangzhou was reportedly captured on video and made available on YouTube. So far, no one has come forward with any photos or footage of the unidentified flying object at Jiangbei International Airport."

  6. Sometimes, when I read comments like the one from Very Healthy Living above, I want to weep. " What group of people would Satan HATE the most, if not the Jews. What group would he try to turn the whole world against?" Yes, indeed - what group of people would Satan hate the most, want to turn the whole world against? I'm sure that Turkish martyrs (Necati Aydin, 36, and Ugur Yuksel, 32) German martyrs (Tilmann Geske, 46, Rita Stumpp, 26, and Anita Gruenwald, 24) South Korean martyrs (Eom Young Sun, 33) or the 16 Eretrian Christian prisoners who died (*see note below) are asking that question, too. Or you can ask any of the other millions now, of Christians who have died, been imprisoned and/or tortured for their faith in Jesus Christ, starting with and including James, Paul, Peter and all over the other disciples (I'm sure those guys died because they were Jewish, not because they were Christ followers!).

No, I'm sure Satan hates the Jews more than any other people group on earth.

I weep for my forgotten brothers and sisters around the world. And I wonder - who will pray for the Christians in America when the persecutions begin here?

Yes, pray for the Jews! AND pray for the Chinese! Pray for the Russians! Pray for the peoples of India! Pray for the South Africans! Pray for the Musims, for the Hindus, for the pagans, for the people who think they are Christians because they raised their hand at an evangelistic event one day or recited a prayer and now call themselves Christian but absolutely nothing was changed in their heart and they are going to hell when they die.

Wake up, American Church!! Satan HATES Christians! He already has most Jews going to hell, but he will never have a true Christian in hell. Never! And he hates us with a fury. Fortunately for us, he has been bound in what he can do against the Church and Jesus promised us that the gates of hell will not prevail against her! PRAY for your brothers and sisters in Christ who are being persecuted around the world!!!

    * In May 2002, the government of Eritrea banned all Christian groups that do not belong to officially recognized churches. As a result, the Eritrean government has imprisoned several thousand Christians, making the country one of the harshest persecutors of Christians in the world. Many Christians imprisoned in 2002 remain in detention and have never gone before a court. At least 16 Eritrean Christians have died in custody since May 2002, mostly due to torture, treatable illnesses and malnutrition
